President & Co‑Owner

Lynn Mitchell brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and real estate finance to her role as President of The New Glenn Arbour Academy. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph and has held financial leadership positions in the banking and telecom sectors. 

Lynn lives in Burlington with her husband, Kevin, and their two children, who are regular visitors to the school community. As both a business leader and a parent, her focus is on long‑term stability, educational quality, and ensuring that families experience a professional, transparent, and well‑run institution.

Co‑Owner

Jamie DeBruin is a co-owner of The New Glenn Arbour Academy and has a longstanding connection to the school through her family. The school facility was constructed by her husband over 20 years ago, providing a stable and enduring campus for the Academy. She supports the school’s continued development and long-term planning alongside her co-owner.
